Kyiv, July 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – National JSC Ukragroleasing is planning within a week to sign contracts with Japanese and Canadian companies on supplies of agricultural machinery and equipment under state guarantees, Agriculture Minister Yuriy Melnyk has told journalists. "The company is now in talks with Japan's Marubeni Corporation and a Canadian company. Next week Ukragroleasing could sign contracts with the companies on supplies of agricultural machinery under state guarantees," the minister said. This year, the government is ready to provide state guarantees of up to UAH 300 million for the purchase of machinery for processing grain and animal products. The company is in talks not only with the representatives of the Japanese and Canadian companies, but with other countries as well, in particular, Israel and Korea. Melnyk said the value of the first contract could be UAH 15-20 million. | |
