Kyiv, August 5 (Interfax) - Ukraine is paying for gas imported in July on time and in full, Ihor Umansky, the acting Ukrainian finance minister, told Interfax.

"We're paying in full," Umansky said.

But Umansky did not say how much money the national oil and gas company, Naftogaz, had on its accounts to make these payments.

Naftogaz spokesman Valentyn Zemliansky forecast in July that the company would import approximately 3 billion cubic meters of Russian gas last month.
