Kyiv, August 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Sozidatel scientific and production union (Dnipropetrovsk) has commissioned a residential complex with offices with a total area of 10,023 square meters at 14B, Hazety Pravda Street in Dnipropetrovsk, according to a press release of the company.

According to the press release, the complex consists of 96 flats with an area of 6,557 square meters, 95 of which have been sold. The complex includes six offices with an area of 765 square meters. In addition, painter's and architect's studios are located on the 18th floor in the complex.

The project foresees an open parking lot for 14 cars.

The complex is to be opened on August 6.

Sozidatel is the customer, developer and general contractor of the complex.

Sozidatel is one of the largest construction companies in Dnipropetrovsk region, created in 1987. In 2008, the company commissioned four residential buildings.
