Kyiv, July 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The State Commission on Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine in late July 2009 issued a license to ST Kom-Brok Ltd. (Kryvy Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region) for performing broker, dealer activity and underwriting, according to the commission.

The commission also issued licenses to Star-invest bond house, Ukrbazysfinans Ltd., Sova Invest Ltd. (all are in Kyiv) for performing broker and dealer activity.

In addition, the commission issued licenses to Sova Invest Ltd. and ST Kom-Brok Ltd. for performing custodian services.
