Kyiv, July 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has decided to liquidate Odesa-Bank, according to the NBU.

The decision is stipulated in NBU resolution No. 420 of July 22, 2009.

Volodymyr Aymedov has been appointed the bank's liquidator.

As reported, an NBU temporary administration has been working at the bank since February 20, 2009.

CJSC Odesa-Bank was established in 1991. The largest shareholders at the bank as of April 1, 2009 were Alpari Ltd. (32.3667%), Gridin Ltd. (33.1043%), Kivoriy Ltd. (18%) and Olyal Ltd. (16.529%).
