Kyiv, August 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has started issuing regular quotes for government domestic loan bonds from its portfolio on the Perspectiva Stock Exchange (Dnipropetrovsk), Perspectiva Stock Exchange Director Eduard Miliushko has told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The NBU has put bonds on sale. There have been no deals so far as the quotes appeared only a few days ago," he said.

Miliushko also said that the Perspectiva key certification center had obtained the status of an accredited center, which means any state establishment can use its services.

According to Miliushko, this allows electronic document exchange while making reports between traders and the State Commission on Securities and the Stock Market and between traders and their self-regulating organization, the Ukrainian Stock Traders association.

Earlier, the NBU quoted government domestic loan bonds mainly on the PFTS stock exchange.

According to the market participants, the bond profitability on the stock market proposed by the NBU is slightly understated, as deals with such bonds are uncommon.
