Kyiv, July 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Industrialbank (Zaporizhia) has increased its statutory capital by 22%, to UAH 407.798 million, through dividend investment and increasing its share face value from UAH 2.7 to UAH 3.29, according to a statement on the bank's Web site.

"The bank had registered changes in its statue, and due to the changes its statutory capital was increased. As of July 23, 2009, the bank's statutory capital was UAH 407.799 million," the statement reads.

Industrialbank was founded in 1990. As of April 1, 2009, its largest stockholders were Artur Abdinov (6.503%), Ihor Dvoretsky (5.9298%), Oleksandr Rabtsun (6.4356%), Vitaliy Satsky (2.212%), Mykola Soldatenko (16.5009%), and Zakhid-Reserv (25.6182%).

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of April 1, 2009, the bank ranked 38th among Ukraine's 182 operating banks in terms of total assets (UAH 3.837 billion).
