16:54 GOVERNMENT TO SIMPLIFY GRAIN PURCHASE PROCEDURE FOR AGRARIAN FUND
Kyiv, July 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian government is planning to reduce the number of documents required for the Agrarian Fund to buy grain, and will ensure that only a storage license, grain inspection certificate, and a loan agreement is required for this, Agriculture Minister Yuriy Melnyk has said. "These will be a storage license, grain inspection certificate, and, in fact, a loan agreement," he said on Tuesday, when asked which documents will be required for farmers after the grain purchase procedure is simplified for the fund. Melnyk also expressed hope that respective amendments to the grain purchase procedure would be approved in a resolution approved at a government meeting on Wednesday.
