Kyiv, July 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian farmers can submit applications to sell grain to the Agrarian Fund via a cabinet call-center, Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko has said.

"Today, we've opened a special phone number - 8 800 507 30 90 - to operate from 0800 to 2100. Farmers can now submit applications to sell grain to the Agrarian Fund by phone," she said at a phone conference on Tuesday.

She said that within thirty minutes, the farmers' allocations would be sent to the Agrarian Fund, which would register them within five days.

Tymoshenko instructed that the applications be taken under pledge transactions without spot purchases.

The prime minister instructed the Economy Ministry and the Agriculture Ministry to draft a relaxation of procedures for the fund's purchases by Wednesday's cabinet meeting.

Representatives of the Agriculture Ministry said that requirements for the submission of certificates from the State Tax Administration of Ukraine confirming the absence of debts to the budget and special funds, certificates from the Pension fund on the absence of debts, and certificates that companies are not undergoing bankruptcy procedures, along with other documents, could be canceled.
