11:56 COURT STARTS READJUSTMENT PROCEDURE FOR CHEZARA
Kyiv, August 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Chernihiv Regional Economic Court has started a 12-month readjustment procedure for OJSC Chernihiv-based radio equipment plant, also known a CheZaRa, the company reported at the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market on Monday. The report says that the company's board chairman, Kostiantyn Kolesnyk, was appointed the readjustment manager. OJSC CheZaRa produces radio-measuring devices, industrial health-care equipment, radio tools, and industrial communications devices. Slovakia's Arca Capital Group in early 2008 bought a 54.33% stake in the plant, which provoked a conflict with the company's leadership, who several times tried to declare the plant bankrupt. In late December 2008 the Slovakian Company managed to stop a case on the plant's bankruptcy.
