13:55 CABINET ALLOCATES UAH 275 MILLION TO SUPPORT FARMING INDUSTRY | |
Kyiv, August 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 285 million from the stabilization fund of the state budget to introduce cheaper credits and support a range of projects in the farm sector. The cabinet has published a respective resolution of July 23, 2009 at its official Web site. Out of this sum, some UAH 115 million will be spent on subsidizing credits for farming enterprises, UAH 20 million for supporting the livestock industry and UAH 35 million will be spent on closing mine No. 9 owned by the state-funded Solotvynsky Solerudnyk and support farming enterprises. Apart from that, some UAH 70 million will be provided as credits to farming companies. The cabinet already allocated UAH 432.4 million for supporting the farming sector in July this year. | |
