Kyiv, July 3 0(Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyiv-based Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company has increased its statutory capital by 10% or by UAH 23 million, to UAH 228.621 million, reads a company press release.

The company told Interfax-Ukraine that the increase of the company's statutory capital was registered in the middle of July 2009.

The company said that since the moment of its creation, its statutory capital has been increased several times, and this is the second increase of its capital registered in 2009 alone.

Allianz Ukraine is a full-service company with licenses for 29 types of insurance. Its core business is risk insurance. Today the company employs around 300 people.

The company is member of the League of the Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, as well as an associate member of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine.
