Kyiv, July 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Agriculture Ministry and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) have signed an agreement on joint activities by the two authorities to develop fair competition in the agroindustrial complex, according to a correspondent of Interfax-Ukraine.

"The agreement will assist in solving many problems in the agricultural sphere," First Deputy Agriculture Minister Yuriy Luzan said in Kyiv on Thursday.

The document foresees the creation of an ad hoc group to develop a plan of joint actions for the ministry and the committee in the agricultural field. The sides agreed to assist in joint consulting on the development of agricultural markets, exchange information on the state of various goods markets, and take measures to develop fair competition in the agroindustrial complex.
