Kyiv, August 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Zhytlo-Bud Ltd. (Kyiv) is planning in the middle of 2010 to complete the construction of a 40-storey residential and office complex at 7A, Klovsky Spusk in Pechersky district in Kyiv, the company has told Interfax-Ukraine.

This is not the final term, and the date of commissioning the complex may be postponed for one to two months.

Zhytlo-Bud is the general contractor of the complex construction, and state enterprise Arsenal plant (Kyiv) is the customer of the work.

According to the plan, the residential and office complex with an area of 84,257 square meters is being constructed on a site of 0.56 hectares. The area of the office part with a height of eight to 16 floors, including an underground parking lot, will be 32,953 square meters, and the 40-storey residential house with 217 flats will have an area of 51,304 square meters. The underground parking lot is to have space for 202 cars.

Zhytlo-Bud Ltd. was founded in 1996. Its core business is construction.

The founder of the company is Ivan Kurovsky, who is currently the honorary president of Zhytlo-Bud and a member of parliament (the BYT faction).
