Kyiv, July 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko believes that without reforms in Ukraine, the International Monetary Fund's loan will do more harm that good. "The head of state believes that without reforms in Ukraine, the International Monetary Fund's loan will do more harm that good," reads the statement of the presidential secretariat's information service posted at the official Web site. "Today it is obvious that this money will be used not to support the economy until the measures will have effect, but to continue financing status quo and to avoid taking unpopular decisions," the document reads. | |
