Kyiv, August 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – CJSC TAS Insurance Group (Kyiv) is considering the possibility of selling a controlling stake to a foreign investor, TAS Board Chairman Dmytro Hrytsuta said at a press conference on Wednesday.

According to Hrytsuta, the investors being considered are in the TOP-10 companies of Russia, Germany, France, and Poland.

"I cannot say if the stake will be sold in August-September, as we're currently in talks with investors," he said.

Hrytsuta said that the arrival of a foreign investor would be a positive step for the company's development.

CJSC TAS Insurance Group was created in 1998.

It includes about 30 regional branches and 360 sales outlets around Ukraine. The agent chain of the company consists of 3,000 persons.
