Kyiv, August 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has announced a tender to sell 51% of the statutory fund (2.8 million shares) in OJSC Bratyslava hotel complex located at 1, Malyshko Street in Kyiv.

A fund report published in the mass media on Wednesday says that the initial price of the stake is estimated at UAH 20.508 million, with a nominal value of UAH 5.992 million.

The tender is to be held within 50 days of the moment of the publication of the announcement.

According to the tender terms, the buyer of a 51% stake in Bratyslava hotel is to guarantee a certain income from sales within five years from the moment of receiving the property rights to the hotel, in particular, for the first year – UAH 19.44 million, for the second year – UAH 21.387 million, for the third year – UAH 23.522 million, for the fourth year – UAH 25.874 million and for the fifth year – UAH 27.5 million.

The net profit of the complex would be UAH 723,900 in the first year of operation, UAH 796,000 – for the second year, UAH 875,000 for the third year, UAH 963,000 for the fourth year and UAH 1.05 million for the fifth year.

The company's statutory fund as of late 2008 was UAH 11.749 million.
