Kyiv, July 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russia's Industrial Concern has built up a 99.99% stake in Kyiv-based CJSC Planeta-Bud.

According to a report of Planeta-Bud posted at the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, earlier Cyprus-based Vilmorin Holdings Limited owned a 95.85593% stake in the company, Serhiy Moshensky – 4.1368% and Petro Borodaty, Olha Siniahina and Tetiana Valkovych – 0.00122% each.

The agency failed to learn whether Industrial Concern Ltd. is affiliated with Vilmorin Holdings Limited.

The net losses of Planeta-Bud in January to June 2009 came to UAH 173.034 million, while its net profit year-over-year stood at UAH 1.737 million. The company's net income in H1, 2009 jumped 3.5 times, to UAH 182.302 million.

As reported, CJSC Planeta-bud in 2008 saw its net profit fall by 57.8% year-on-year, to UAH 3.511 million. The net sales income of the company last year grew by 81.8%, to UAH 159.774 million.

CJSC Planeta-bud was founded in 1998. It is a part of Planeta group of companies (Kyiv). It is an operator on the construction and maintenance market.
