Kyiv, July 24 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A municipal river bus has started working at Pier 10 of the River Station in Kyiv, press service of the Kyiv City State Administration has reported.

First Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Denys Bass, who participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new service, said that the new river bus would improve communications between the left and right banks of Dnipro.

"We are planning to open two new stations in the Obolon and Rusanivsky Sady upriver direction," he said.

A ride costs UAH 10, but is free for people liable to social benefits.

The first route goes through three stations: pier 10 (Poshtova Ploscha) – Subway Bridge (Dnipro Subway), and the Berezniaky pier.
