Kyiv, August 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The average price of land plots for the construction of houses in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv and Kharkiv regions from July 1 to August 1, 2009 grew by 0.56-1.97% per 100 square meters, according to SV Development consulting company (Kyiv).

SV Development said that the average price of land plots in Odesa region over the period rose by 0.73%, to $6,307 per 100 square meters. The maximum increase in the price of land plots for construction was registered in Kominternivsk District, at 0.8%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $6,117. The minimum growth in the price was registered in Illichivsk District at 0.38%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $8,113.

The company said that the average price of land plots in Dnipropetrovsk region over the period rose by 0.56%, to $2,504 per 100 square meters. The maximum growth in the price of land plots for construction was registered in Synelnykove District, at 1.81%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $2,772. The minimum growth in the price was registered in Dnipropetrovsk District at 0.51%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $2,660. The land in Novomoskovsk District fell in value by 0.07%, to $1,172 per 100 square meters.

SV Development said that the average price of land plots in Lviv region over the period climbed by 0.73%, to $2,391 per 100 square meters. The maximum growth in the price of land plots for construction was registered in Horodok District at 1.19%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $1,775. The minimum increase in the price was registered in Zhovkva District at 0.12%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $1,296. The land in Yavoriv District fell in value by 0.51%, to $1,762 per 100 square meters.

The company said that the average price of land plots in Kharkiv region over the period grew by 1.97%, to $1,749 per 100 square meters. The maximum increase in the price of land plots for construction was registered in Kharkivsky District at 2.31%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $1,819. The minimum growth in the price was registered in Chuhuiv District at 0.77%, where the average price of 100 square meters was $992.
