Kyiv, July 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A total of UAH 952.3 million is required for Ukraine to hold local elections in 2010.

This amount of subventions allocated from the state budget to local budgets for holding local elections next year was approved at a meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) on Wednesday.

A commission resolution reads that these funds will be spent on holding the election of deputies to the Crimean Supreme Council, local councils, as well as the election of the heads of settlements, villages, and cities.
