Kyiv, July 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Lviv-based OJSC Khlibprom, one of the largest bread producers in Ukraine, in January to June 2009 saw UAH 3.2 million in consolidated net profit, a 13.5% fall year-over-year. The concern's press service told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday that its consolidated net income from sales in H1, 2009 soared by 11.6%, to UAH 233.7 million. Its commodity turnover in January to June 2009 went up by 11.6%, to UAH 281.9 million. The company's EBITDA in H1, 2009 amounted to UAH 40.7 million. OJSC Khlibprom is one of the largest bread producers in Ukraine and includes bakeries and centers of grain production in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne and Cherkasy regions. Khlibprom's share of the domestic bread market as of late 2008 was estimated at 7.3%. | |
