Kyiv, July 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Image Holding, a subsidiary of Image Holding ApS (the Khortytsa distillery), a large Ukrainian alcohol producer, in January to June 2009 earned UAH 31.2 million in net profit, which is 9.1% less year-over-year.

According to a company report at the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, the company's net income from sales in H1, 2009 soared by 7.1% year-over-year, to UAH 770.589 million.

In Q2, 2009, the company posted UAH 467.52 million in net income, which is almost 40% up year-over-year. Its net profit shrank by 4.1%, to almost UAH 12.6 million.
