Kyiv, July 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Transport and Communications Ministry and the Economy Ministry of Ukraine should approve a project for the construction of a temporary passenger terminal at Lviv International Airport by November 20, 2009.

The instruction is foreseen in the plan for the airport's development approved under cabinet resolution No. 864-r of July 24.

According to the document, the ministries should submit to the government projects for the construction of a new passenger terminal by October 20, 2009, and one for the reconstruction of the existing terminal by December 1, 2009.

The Cabinet of Ministers also ordered the purchase of 30 land plots with a total area of 17.218 hectares from individuals to realize the project for the reconstruction of Lviv airport runway. Lviv regional state administration should buy the land plots by September 1, and the Transport and Communications Ministry should allocate corresponding funds to the administration by August 15.
