Kyiv, August 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The government of Ukraine from January 1, 2010, has set a 5% fixed rate for renting state property for business entities providing services to the public.

This was stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 762 of July 17, 2009.

According to the document, the 5% rent rate from next year is set for photographer's studios (currently it is 7%), dry-cleaner's offices and electric household appliance repair shops (6%), hairdressing salons and clothes repair shops (5%), footwear and watch repair shops (currently 4%), and bathhouses and public laundries (currently 2%).
