Kyiv, August 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine's Economy Ministry has cancelled the results of a tender on the purchase of financial leasing services conducted by Kyiv Metropoliten, which Ukrrosleasing Ltd. had won.

According to a resolution of the ministry of June 30, the decision was made according to the results of unscheduled checks on the observation of the law during state purchases by Kyiv Metropoliten.

The document says that tender proposals of the three bidders – Gazenergoleasing, Eurotransleasing and Ukrrosleasing – were not in line with the tender terms.

The document says that bidders did not submit the original of a preliminary agreement on the purchase of wagons.

The company, who ordered the holding of the tender, was to cancel the tender due to the rejection of all bids.

The ministry's resolution is to be sent to Kyiv Metropoliten and the State Treasury within five working days from the moment of its adoption.
