Kyiv, August 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has planned to discuss the implementation of several investment projects in the farming sector of Ukraine with the involvement of foreign investments, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said on Wednesday.

The prime minister explained that through these investments the cabinet plans to realize the state strategic program for supporting farming enterprises, which aims to remove monopolies from farm products markets.

Tymoshenko said that a large number of small capacity grain elevators are to be built under the program.

"We are going to build enough elevators by the end of the year, so that farmers can feel they really own their harvests," the prime minister said.
