Kyiv, August 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The government of Ukraine has decided to create the Resource scientific and technological complex to perform research and work to provide for the state's needs for rare and precious metals, oil, gas, and attract non-governmental investment in the form of a state commercial enterprise.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a corresponding resolution, No. 791 of July 22, 2009, which canceled resolution No. 618 of June 3, 2009.

According to the new document, the enterprise created will be managed by the Industry Ministry, which was ordered to pass part of the premise of the Giproverf state design institute with an area of 900 square meters at 25 Klymenko Street in Kyiv to the Resource scientific and technological complex

In addition, the State Property Fund will transfer the integrated property complex of state enterprise Special Design Bureau of Robotized Complexes at 4 Pukhivska Street in Kyiv to Resource.

The government resolution also approved the statute of the newly created company. Eduard Bakai has been appointed its director general.
