Kyiv, August 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The revenues to Ukraine's national budget general fund in January to July 2009 were UAH 83.255 billion, which was 15.2% down compared to 2008, the presidential secretariat has reported, referring to data from the State Treasury.

"Taking into account the data, the 2009 plan will be 82.6%fulfilled, or the national budget general fund will receive UAH 31.9 billion less than the planned UAH 184 billion," a statement reads.

According to the presidential secretariat's forecast, taking into consideration the planned UAH 9 billion deficit of the national budget general fund, its real deficit could reach UAH 41 billion, and the deficit of the national budget will total UAH 63 billion.
