Kyiv, July 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Private enterprise Bayadera (Donetsk region), a large Ukrainian alcoholic drinks producer and distributor, in January to June 2009 saw a net profit of UAH 9.1 million, which was 2.3 times up on the 2008 indicator, according to a company report.

In the first half of 2009, Bayadera saw its net sales income rise by 2.2 times, to UAH 1.06 billion.

In the second quarter of 2009, the company saw a net sales income of UAH 624 million, which was 2.3 times up compared to the same period in 2008. Its net profit almost tripled, to UAH 3.354 million.

The Bayadera Group, under the management of Bayadera Holding Ltd., produces alcoholic drinks under its own trademarks and imports and distributes liquors and vodka. It has been operating on the market since 1991.

Bayadera produces and sells products under the Koblevo, Hlibny Dar, Persha Hildiya, Kozatska Rada, Bayka, Celsius, Bon Vin and La Femme brands.
